How To Make This Simple Recipe
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash the potatoes throughly.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise and repeat until you have all wedges (see Pro Tip).

- 1/2 cup hot red pepper sauce
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese - grated
- Salt and black pepper to taste
