Step-by-Step Instructions

Preheat oven. Wash the potatoes throughly. Cut potatoes lengthwise and repeat until you have all wedges (see Pro Tip).

Place potato slices, oil, and all the seasonings in a plastic bag that seals at the top. Shake up the bag making sure that all the potatoes are nicely coated.

Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a greased baking sheet and bake.

While the potato wedges are baking, melt butter and mix in the hot sauce.
