Ingredients

There is a can of condensed milk, three packages of cream cheese, three eggs in a bowl, a bowl of white sugar, a measuring cup with sour cream, a bowl with cinnamon , a small bowl with vanilla in it, and two tubular packages of dough sheets. Items are on a white surface.

  • Sugar: white granulated
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Cream Cheese: full fat and at room temperature
  • Large Eggs: room temperature
  • Sour Cream
  • Condensed Milk: regular, not fat-free
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Crescent Dough Sheets: store-bought like Pillsbury
  • Cooking Spray: melted butter can be substituted

  • Electric mixer: hand mixer or stand mixer with paddle attachment
  • 9 x 13-inch baking dish
  • Wire rack

How To Make

  • Preheat oven.
  • In a small bowl, combine the ground cinnamon with the sugar. Set aside.
  • Add the softened cream cheese, eggs, and sour cream in a large mixing bowl. Beat on low speed until the batter is incorporated.
  • Add the vanilla extract and condensed milk.
  • Beat the cake batter on low speed for a minute and then increase the mixer to medium speed. Mix until well combined scraping the sides of the bowl if needed.
  • Grease the bottom of a baking dish with either cooking spray or melted butter.
  • Sprinkle half of the dry ingredients (cinnamon sugar mixture) over the bottom of the greased pan.
  • Press one of the crescent dough sheets into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Evenly spread the wet ingredients mixture over the dough layer.
  • Carefully place the second dough sheet over the cheesecake mixture, completely covering the cheesecake batter.
  • ​Lightly spray the top dough layer with cooking spray or brush melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar evenly over the top.
  • Place in a preheated oven until the top layer is golden brown and the filling is set.
  • ​Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature on a cooling rack.
  • You can refrigerate it for a few hours if you prefer it chilled.

How To Store

Allow the cheesecake to cool completely to room temperature. Place in an airtight container or cover the baking dish tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 24 ounces regular cream cream: 3 eight-ounce packages at room temperature
  • 3 large eggs: room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can condensed milk: 14 ounces
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 can crescent dough sheets: store-bought like Pillsbury
  • Canola oil cooking spray: 2 tablespoons of melted butter can be substituted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a small bowl, combine ½ cup sugar with 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, eggs, and sour cream. Beat on low speed for 1 to 2 minutes. The batter will be lumpy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and condensed milk. Beat the cake batter on low speed for a minute and then increase the mixer to medium speed. Mix until well combined scraping the sides of the bowl if needed.
  5. Grease the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with either cooking spray or 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle half of the dry ingredients (cinnamon sugar mixture) over the bottom of the greased pan.
  7. Unroll one can of crescent dough sheets and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  8. Evenly spread the cheesecake mixture over the dough layer.
  9. Unroll the second can of crescent dough sheet and place it over the cheesecake mixture, covering all the wet ingredients.
  10. ​Lightly spray the top dough layer with cooking spray or brush melted butter.
  11. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar evenly over the top.
  12. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top layer is golden brown and the cheesecake filling is set.
  13. ​Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature on a cooling rack. You can refrigerate it for a few hours if you prefer it chilled.
  14. Cut into squares and serve with your favorite topping!
